Erica Pedini was born in Detroit, Michigan, but made her way to Texas as quickly as possible. Once in Texas, she grew up in Plano with her Italian family. More specifically, Sammarinese. Her father is from the Republic of San Marino, a small principality landlocked in Italy, and her mother, who is also Italian, was born to Italian immigrant parents.
After graduating from Plano Senior High School, she attended Loyola University Chicago with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. While at Loyola, she played Division I soccer for four years as the starting goalkeeper. Erica has had an infinity for sports her whole life. Her favorite sport to watch is hockey, especially the Dallas Stars.
Prior to becoming a legal assistant, she was hired by a third-party administration firm focusing on executive benefits. During her time there, Erica worked her way up from an account representative to an account analyst. Her detail-oriented nature and ability to remain calm amidst the chaos of the law make her an excellent addition to The Gibson Law Group family.
