Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all phases of commercial litigation cases, from initial consultation through trial and appeal.
Develop and implement strategic litigation plans to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Conduct thorough legal research and draft compelling pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
Collaborate with clients to provide clear legal guidance and updates on case progress.
Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the firm’s knowledge base

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the Texas State Bar.
Minimum of 5 years of trial experience in commercial litigation.
Proven ability to manage complex cases with minimal supervision.
Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills.
Strong courtroom presence and effective oral advocacy skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
