Thomas Keen, a lifelong Texan, graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin and graduated from SMU’s Dedman School of Law with a Juris Doctorate.
He has experience in a great many areas of substantive law (including what he calls “weird law,” which includes zoning and development, condemnation, title issues, etc). He is a fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America. He has tried lawsuits all over the State of Texas, and a few in California and Florida (admitted by the courts solely for those cases). Tom also serves as outside corporate counsel for a select number of companies. Contract disputes, condemnation, property tax, real property disputes, title issues, probate and estates, and statutory construction suits are included in his repertoire.
Tom is an avid motorcyclist, bicycle rider, snow skier, and singer.
