Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Stacey earned her undergraduate degree in environmental science and policy from the University of South Florida. In 2016, she graduated cum laude from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law, where she excelled in moot court and was honored for outstanding legal writing and oral advocacy as a member of its inaugural class of the Order of Barristers.
Stacey brings a diverse range of bankruptcy and complex commercial litigation experience that spans across various industries, including advertising, cannabis, energy, telecom, healthcare, consumer financial services, transportation and insurance. Prior to her career in private practice, Stacey clerked for The Honorable Jeffrey P. Norman, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of Texas and served as briefing attorney to The Honorable Chief Justice Carolyn Wright (Ret.) for the Texas Fifth District Court of Appeals.
Outside of work, Stacey enjoys spending time with her family visiting local parks and arboretums, hanging out at the Y, and attending sorority and other community events.
