Mr. Milks is a seasoned trial attorney with ten years experience trying complex cases in the areas of Business/Commercial Litigation, Consumer/Deceptive Trade Practices, Personal Injury, and Family Law. He has represented both large corporate clients such as Capital One, Wells Fargo, and Chase Bank, N.A. and individuals and as both plaintiff and defendant, in state and federal courts throughout Texas. He enjoys the variety of his practice, which includes helping small to mid-size businesses and individuals with everything from formation, to written contracts, to collections and litigation. His clients include national marketing firms, general contractors, technology companies, manufacturing re-sellers, home healthcare providers, and family-owned auto dealerships.
Mr. Milks is a graduate of Texas Wesleyan School of Law (now Texas A&M School of Law), where he made the Dean’s List and was awarded the prestigious honor of the Order of Barristers for his outstanding advocacy. He also served as President of the Texas Wesleyan Chapter of the American Trial Lawyer’s Association.
Mr. Milks is a native of North Little Rock, Arkansas and has resided in Texas for over twenty-five years. He is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and both the Dallas and Tarrant County Bar Associations. He became a member of the Arlington, Texas Masonic Lodge #438 in 2012. He resides with his wife and three children in Grand Prairie, Texas and in his free time he enjoys coaching tee ball and flag football, golf, and Texas Hold ‘Em.
